KNEEBAR AGAINST A STANDING OPPONENT
In today’s blog, it seems like a quick 3 step technique to a kneebar against a standing opponent. But…is it really? The key things to remember for this technique is: #1 Make sure you hook that hand behind the opponent’s leg. #2 Keep your hips high, don’t let them sag. #3 Make sure your opponent’s toe is by your ear.
