To start we’re going to pop up to knee on belly.
Next… you’ll put your knee on his chest. So you’re going to have two knees on his chest for a split second.
Next… You’re going to take the arm that’s closest to his head, and you are going to grab the outside of his leg.
Then as you go to spin, you are going to do a big back step. You’re going to be slightly off-center.
Your leg will be over his opposite shoulder.
Most people do not like this weight on them, so they’re going to naturally grab your leg and push it off.
As you fall into side control. You’re going to grab his wrist.
Lastly, turning back in for the Americana.
